POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
You’ve just crossed the finish line of bringing your baby into the world. Now it’s time to take them home.
But, what now?!
Welcome to your new chapter—one filled with firsts, lots of diapers, and (let’s be honest) some pretty sleepy nights.
That’s where your Postpartum & Infant Care Doula comes in. With experience, compassion, and just a sprinkle of magic, we help you settle into this new season with confidence and calm.
What Does Postpartum Doula Support Look Like?
Rest and Recover
Picture this: Your doula arrives at 10 PM, checks in about your day, and jumps into action—tidying up, washing bottles, or helping with the older kiddos' bedtime routine. While you drift off to sleep, your doula focuses on baby’s comfort and care.
Need to nurse? We’ll wake you gently, support the feed, and let you fall right back to sleep. Those uninterrupted stretches of rest? They’re game-changers, helping you recharge and feel like you again. Doesn’t that sound amazing?
Build Confidence
It’s 10 AM, and your doula arrives just in time to help you prep for baby’s first pediatrician visit. Back home, they whip up snacks, guide you through breastfeeding tips, and share the ultimate swaddle trick to soothe your little one.
While baby naps in their arms, you take a long, glorious shower and the best nap of your life. With a doula by your side, the overwhelming parts of early parenting start to feel manageable—and even joyful. You really CAN do this.
Settle In
On your first day home, your doula ensures you’re comfortable, with pillows, snacks, and plenty of reassurance. They guide your partner in taking moments for self-care while helping you navigate feeding challenges, listening to your birth story, and checking in on your recovery.
After you’ve rested, they revisit all the hospital advice that may have felt like a blur—covering feeding, sleep tips, baby care basics, and your postpartum healing. With a doula’s support, you can truly exhale and focus on bonding with your baby.
